General Customer Information
Contact information such as your name, address, phone number and email address are used specifically for communication directly with you and are never released or sold to third parties without prior permission.

Website Hosting
Crossfade Media is dedicated to maintaining the privacy of our wesite hosting customers. Any data stored is used exclusively to provide you with website hosting services.  When you enter into a website hosting agreement with Crossfade Media it signifies acceptance of our acceptable use policy for website content, excluding the use of our services for pornography, piracy or the conduct or promotion of illegal activities.

Crossfade Media will periodically monitor any public information stored on your websites to ensure that it falls within these guidelines.  If requested, information stored on the hosting account may need to be released to appropriate authorities.

Crossfade Media does not monitor any content of your website/s that are not accessible to the public, such as e-mail communications etc.

Website and Database Design
In the course of designing a website or database, both private and public information may be collected from you.  This may include things such as a list of contacts, sensitive and privileged financial information etc.  Any such information used to create your solution is treated as strictly confidential.
